Description:
You are unable to smelt pulverized iron in the arc furnace where it can still smelt other dusts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try putting pulverized iron in the arc furnace
2. Item won't smelt
3. Try with other dusts works fine

Expected behavior:
I expect the arc furnace to be able to smelt the pulverized iron
