Describe the request:
Black Quartz should be obtainable from the laser drill with a black lens.

Reasons why this should be changed:
Currently, black quartz is one of the only major resources required that is unobtainable via laser drill. The only alternative Pre-magic is manually quarrying with the RFtools builder or digital miner, neither of which are automatable.
Describe alternatives you've considered:
Perhaps it could also be added as a drop from quartzite veins as well, but I feel like giving it a laser drill recipe would be the simplest and most effective given it's completely passive nature.
