Describe the request:
Make the Mob Grinder quest in Chapter 25 optional

Reasons why this should be added:
The recipe is much more expensive than the Mob Crusher, which does the same thing but better, and it's also not needed for progression

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Remove the quest or make the recipe much cheaper, since it's worse than the Mob Crusher
