Cant combine blood extractors (evilcraft)

Description:
The questbook says they can be combined to increase thier capacity but they cannot

Yeah that's supposed to be for the EvilCraft Dark Tank, maybe I phrased it badly.

Fixed, I had previously removed the Blood Extractor combination recipe, now I've readded it.
