Description:
On a smaller screen, the main menu is scaled too big to use mods, version history, discord, and quit game button, even though the rest of the menu (the text in the corners) is also scaled down.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the game
2. On a smaller screen (You can also shrink the window size of the game) the menu will be too large.

Expected behavior:
The entire menu, including the buttons would be scaled to an appropriate size.

Extra issue, on gui scale 3 on a 1920x1080 window, the menu is also still too large.

I might not have correctly pushed the medium size menu. Will fix!

Reduced the size of icons by a fair bit, hopefully it's better now!
