Exact fix
"... check this site: https://ftb.gamepedia.com/Blood_Altar" should be changed to "... check this site: https://ftb.fandom.com/wiki/Blood_Altar".
This is not necessarily needed as the current link forwards you to the new link but the new link would reflect the gamepedia-fandom merge.
