Making a the inertia cancellation ring from draconic additions cheaper/earlier.

make it use 4 end crystals, as they use 4 draconium blocks anyway, to replace the wyvern energy cores in the recipe.

Reasons why this should be added

Simply, it is just nice to have. It's pretty expensive progression wise for what it does, just some qol. it does not break any sort of big big qol, just makes it so you stop mid air when you stop holding a direction. Would be useful for smth like the high tier jetplates or if you get creative flight from a flugel tiara, want the speed, but don't want to be thrown everywhere.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Also considered locking it toward chap 21, making it use 4 void metal ingots instead of the 4 cores.
