The Luminous Crafting table requires you to craft it in a workbench not in the AE2 system so you unlock knowledge, otherwise, you need to craft another.

Reasons why this should be added

Can soft-lock you until u manually craft the workbench and sometimes if the right person is not online, discord might not have answers.
The materials can be expensive to craft another.

No alternative, other than cheating in the research if u crafted it via AE2
