FTB Utilities Chunk Loading is not working and dimensions are keep unloading when there's no player

Description

I just set chunks to keep loaded on server but it not works. Also, dimensions are unloading when there's no player.
Server is running on Forge and it works on singleplayer.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join to server
  2. Create FTB Team
  3. Go to other dim like nether
  4. Claim chunks and makes them keep loaded
  5. Back to overworld
  6. Check tps to get list of loaded dims
  7. There's no dimension that has chunk claimed on step 4

Expected behavior

Dimensions/Chunks should keep loaded

Found what was problem, just chunk loading from FTB Utilities was disabled
