Description

quest id 342 about starlight infuser says we can place starlight fluid by AE2 formation plane or Integrated tunnels world fluid exporter
However, both won't place fluid if there is flowing fluid (not the source)
so both cannot be used in this automation

Steps to reproduce

build up an automation as quest description

Expected behavior

Quest book should tell us that these setups won't work, and we should manually place starlight bucket until we can craft the chalice
