Basic tank quest doesn't require a tank with lava

Description:
The "Lava Filled Tank" quest is completed immediately after you craft the tank, not when it's filled with lava

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start the modpack
  2. Go into any world
  3. Get to the quest "Lava Filled Tank"
  4. Craft a basic tank

Expected behavior:
After crafting the tank, I thought that you needed to fill it with lava, then pick up the tank to complete the quest, but it was completed after I crafted the tank.

Fixed it, added the exact NBT you need. Previously I also added things like rotation NBT, "needs Redstone" NBT, etc., and then it couldn't be completed. But I found a way to only check for the necessary NBT.
