Mekanism Installer is currently unoptainable on modpack. but Factories has same recipe and installer can be added to use same recipe as them.

Reasons why this should be added

When users try to upgrade their machine to higher tier, then its configuration will be resetted. while using installer doesn't.

Additional context

Normal machine to Basic Factory requires two machines. So basic tier installer should not added.
I'm not tested can it used to energy cubes but using installer on it will bad idea. Installer is expensive than cube upgrading.
