Description

Gear Cast can be crafted but it don't have any usage except for reinforcement
Crafting cast will consumes gear and it makes using other casts than blank one for craft reinforcement to useless

Steps to reproduce

Recipe issue, no step

Expected behavior

Gear Cast should be removed.

Additional context

This one can be counted as suggest but crafting useless item seems to be bug.
