Add a note/sentence that Radiant Beacons in Apalachia Dungeons

Reasons why this should be added

By the time that you need Beacons for Blood Altars, you have unlocked Apalachia. Since there are beacons in the dungeons there, it makes more sense to get them there instead of crafting them. The dungeons there are more common than the Sunspeaker Towers and you don't have to farm for Relic Ingot.

Keep it a secret to those who don't notice it ;)
