Enchantment Reallocator can move some enchant that can't applied on target item

2.15.0 (I know it's outdated but it doesn't seem reported)
Description
Enchantment Reallocator can move some enchant that can't applied on target item like mending to soul reaper, vorpal and aftershock to primal cutter.
Steps to reproduce
- Prepare two tools.
- They both should can be enchanted.
- One should be enchanted and another one should not.
- Enchanted tool should have enchant that can not be applied to another one.
- Move enchant by using Enchantment Reallocator from Lightningcraft.
- Enchant will moved without any restriction.
Expected behavior
Enchantments that can not be applied to target tool should not moved.
Additional context
Last update of Lightningcraft was 2020.
Confirmed it works even there's no enchant that can be applied to target.
I think it only checks tool can be enchanted or not.
