Description

When automating Grains of Infinity I used the Formulaic Assemblicator from Mekanism to craft the Compressed Infinity Dust Blocks to Double Compressed Infinity Dust Blocks and put them into a Sag Mill to get Infinity Dust Blocks and Infinity Dust from it's secondary output. After moving I threw the Crafting Formula needed for the Assemblicator to function into my ME System and a while later I noticed that I can't remove it.
It also self-multiplies every second but when exiting and re-entering the ME Terminal it's back to it's original quantity and starts multiplying again (screenshots in "Additional context").
I tried using an Export Bus and Interface to export the Crafting Formula (also put in the recipe because of the NBT tag) but it didn't work.

Edit: After updating to 2.17.1 the Crafting Formula doesn't multiply anymore but I still can't remove it from the ME.

Steps to reproduce

I made a new ME System with only 1 controller and no machines connected and put my 20 4k Storage Cells into 2 connected drives and the Crafting Formulas didn't multiply but I couldn't remove them from the system.
I can only guess that's it has something to do with my current ME System and maybe it's interaction with other machines or something.

Expected behavior

The Crafting Formulas should be removable and shouldn't multiply on their own.

When opening the Terminal (I only put 2 Crafting Formulas in there so the additional 4 are already generated before taking the screenshot):
