Description

The CTMills in dj2addons-1.2.1.1.1 are invalid when modpack starts with language zh cn,
Not sure if the other features of the mod are invalid too.

Steps to reproduce

1.change options.txt "lang:en_us" to "lang:zh_cn"
2.launch game,create the world found GP of Dragon Egg Mill only 500
3.if launch game with lang:en_us and modify the language after the startup is complete，CTMills will be work

Expected behavior

CTMills（maybe whole dj2addons） should work for all language Setting。

the problem is due to config/tmel.cfg using generation name localizations. this is in no way connected to dj2 addons.

resolved for specifically Simplified Chinese by #1025. this is not fixed for other languages.
