Add Tooltip to Reading Enchtanted Book that it has to be applied first and can only be applied in the Enchantment Applicator.

Reasons why this should be added

If it is not applied as the first enchantment you will not be able to apply it for some reason. You also can't apply it as the first enchantment in an anvil, you have to use IF's Enchantment Applicator. Maybe other things that enchant items like Botania's Mana Enchanter work too, but IF's Enchantment Applicator is the easiest to use.
