Laggy Interaction Between AE2 Interfaces and IE Assemblers

Description
When an active AE system is connected to an Immersive engineering assembler via an interface, where the interface and the assembler are in different chunks, leaving or entering the rendering area where the assembler and interface are placed causes massive client-side lag usually leading to a crash.
``
Steps to reproduce
Create a functioning AE2 system that can connect to storage.
Create a functioning IE assembler in a nearby, different chunk(no recipe required)
Connect the AE2 System and IE Assembler with an interface(either interface type), so that the interface and assembler are in different chunks(on the chunks border).
Leave the area a few chunks beyond your current render distance by either walking or flying.
Expected behavior
Users should experience several seconds of unresponsive client-side lag. If no action is taken by the server, by teleporting the player away, the client will crash.
Additional context
Ultimately, and easily, avoidable. Because who in their right mind would use IE assemblers when AE2 autografting is available? Might want to add a note to the book though.
