Add Rainbow Generator 11 tick trick to the Quest Book

Describe the feature
There's a trick that all Generators needed for the Rainbow Generator only have to run every 11 ticks for the Rainbow Generator to work. This could be mentioned in the Quest Book to make it easier for Players to use it without the need to automating every needed item for all Generators.
