AE2 does not recognize Crafting Storage multiblocks if there are only Extra CPUs blocks present.

Description:
Applied Energistics 2 ME Networks will not recognize a Crafting Storage multiblock structure if there are only Extra CPUs blocks present (256-16384k Crafting Storages). Adding a regular (1-64k Crafting Storage) block will allow the machine to recognize the multiblock.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an ME network
  2. Attach a Crafting Co-Processing Unit and any Extra CPUs crafting storage block
  3. Try autocrafting an item
  4. Network doesn't recognize the multiblock, and allows the craft.

Expected behavior:
Network recognizes the multiblock and allows the autocrafting

Turns out its a limitation with ExtraCPUs / AE2.

This is a known bug between AE2 and ExtraCPUs, and is described in the relevant quest.
In order for a Crafting Unit to be verified, it must contain at least 1 (one) CPU from AE2 itself - 1k, 4k, 16k, or 64k.
