Put a line in the watermill quest that clarifies that it can only output out of one side, and to try replacing them if it doesnt produce power

Reasons why this should be added

Its very visually unclear that this is even a feature and it can take a good bit of googling and searching around just to find someone talking about this so you can make the watermill work
