Agave doesn't need shears to gather (misleading quest description)

The quest for it (Chapter 5, id 970) implies that shears are required to gather this, but it can be gathered with no penalty simply by punching it.

I changed the quest description, now suggesting to simply "punch" the plant to collect it.
