Why would you like the mod added?

we don't have something quite as useful as this in e10 yet
we have options for digging out areas but the only one that you can select is PNC drones which is incredibly slow
oritech is uncontrollable Y level because it doesn't do absolute Y distance for each upgrade, it does that many levels of blocks which, when you hit gaps will go way over what you intended to

these are only points regarding the quarrying capability but they are good for building as well.

base + builder are updated. I've been told xnet is updated but I'm not requesting that. I think we have lots of options beyond needing that.
Dimensions and utility (the main mod) have not been ported yet
Dimensions we don't need and my vote is no on it anyway since I'm not fond of it.
