It didn't crash, but says the backup failed
then I find this .mdmp file so huge
I also modified another modpack server with Distant Horizon mod, but there isn't such a big file in that server program

This likely isn't an Enigmatica problem. However, I am curious as to the backup failure, do you mind providing logs?

it didn't crash so there isn't crash log()
and it does only apear on certain systems, where the OS is Windows server 2019 and JDK is Alibaba Dragonwell 21, i tested the serverpack on my win11 laptop with Dragonwell later then this temporary file didn't show up again, seems like this issue only needs to be noted when it is running on Win11

There are still logs without a crash log. latest.log if you can retrieve it immediately after a failure, otherwise you'd need to find out which log is relevant

Isn't that a java minidump? Do you have the CreateMinidumpOnCrash arg in your java args for some reason?

Yes, those are minidumps.

Unfortunately I have not been able to access that server since a week ago, so I really can't provide those logs
It works fine on the new server, so it seems like this is not a problem to worry about
