Suggestion: Withered Bracelet should go to the Bracelet slot, not Hands slot

Withered Bracelet should go to the Bracelet slot, not Hands slot.
(Optionally, a similar looking item, Onion Ring, should also go to the Bracelet slot.)
Why would you like this added/changed?
Pic 1: Those are all the Bracelet slot items that currently exist
Pic 2: And there is an item that is literally named bracelet, but can't go to the bracelet slot
(Also, consider the similar-looking item "Onion Ring" to have Bracelet slot. There are a lot of items in the Rings slot already, and onion rings are more wrist-sized anyways.)
While I agree it makes sense that a bracelet would go in a bracelet slot, making this change would mean forcing the player to choose between an Ars Nouveau bangle, or this. As it stands, the bangles are an important part in deciding your Ars 'kit'.
Contrarily, moving the bracelet out of the hand slot would also mean the player would no longer have to make a choice between the various hand artifacts. This, to me, seems like a balance choice within the mod, forcing you to choose between a variety of good hand curios.
