Issue
I was looking around to solve the problem that eating the empty heart canister takes away one heart when you eat it and I came by this issue:

You said that you removed the recipe since the recipe of the normal heart canister that gives you one heart is removed, too. But the fact that I could still craft this shows that the recipe is still in the game.

If you don't want to remove the recipe, maybe it is possible to remove the nessecity to eat this item in order to get all the lives?
