Issue
The right tank in the condensentrator has 0mB of Liquid Chlorine that can't be pumped out or taken by a tank, causing the left side (so the whole machine) to get stuck.

If anyone didn't know what worked for me was to put some of the liquid type back in to be drained using the cables mentioned above, before that it stubbornly remained at 0mb.

Break and replace?

Tried, the internal tanks don't reset on break & replacing.

Tried it too. The machine seems completely stuck, can't remove the 0mb with a pipette either.

Shift + right clicking (dumping mode) on the Gauge Dropper worked. Thank you!

Have you tried taking "out" the gas or liquid with a gauge dropper? I forget what it is right click or left click or whatever. But maybe this will get "rid" of the remaining stuff.

Wanted to give a update on this, I found out for my self after a long and annoying search and few stacks of the same machine cause I could not empty them completely,
So the solution is now that we must pump out the gas/liquid with pipes, and not take it out with tank in the machine inventory if we remove the liquid/gas with the tank inside the inventory then we are left with 0mb of that stuff, but if we take it out with a pipe and into a tank then the machine will "reboot" the Gauge Dropper does not work, well not for me, so yeah this issue is not solved, but there is a way to work around it,

for you that still struggle with this I hope you can use my tip while mod owner fixes this :)

The side effect was that I had to make another rotary condensentrator since the first one is stuck with 0mb liquid Hydrogen. Also in regards to your comment about extracting liquid via pipes, I noticed the mekanism mechanical pipe would not extract the liquid from the condensentrator.... The UI in the condesentrator doesnt have any i/o configuration tool and no matter what I did when placing the pipe along with a mekanism tank - I could not get the liquid to extract. (Note: i tried configuring the tank i/o UI with no success)

I eventually discovered that I could extract the liquid using enderio fluid conduit.

P.S. I am running Mekanism 1.12.2-9.8.3.390 (This issue may have been fixed already, just thought anyone using this version & likewise cant update since they dont have server control might benefit)
