Can the issue be reproduced?

Issue
Thermal foundation seed oil is produced at a rate of 50 mb / seed, whereas Forestry seed oil is only produced at a rate of 10. The two can be converted back and forth using the fluid dictionary converter at a ratio of 1:1. This seems unintentional, I'm not sure how game-breaking it really is, but I thought I'd point it out.
