Issue
I believe I've found an exploit concerning Apatite, where one ore can be processed into two ore.
Step 1: Use the Thermal Expansion pulverizer or EnderIO Sag Mill to pulverize 1 Apatite Ore into 12 Apatite.
Step 2: Grind down all this apatite into 12 apatite dust.
Step 3: Place the 12 apatite dust and 2 cobblestone into the Mekanism combiner, producing 2 Apatite Ore.

Additionally, a Fortune 2 or higher pickaxe will, on average, produce more than 6 apatite, and the Tectonic Initiator augment for the TE pulverizer provides 18 apatite.

This seems fairly easy compared to the other methods, those being the Botania Orechid, Environmental Tech Void Ore Miner, and Industrial Foregoing Laser Drill.

Is this intended? I haven't updated for a decent few releases, so I apologize if this has been fixed already.
