Issue
These two relate to the IC2 macerator and it's products:

1. The macerator currently processes "nether cobalt ore" into "crushed ardite ore"

• suggested solution: modify the recipe to produce crushed cobalt ore.

2. The crushed versions of tin, copper, silver, and lead smelt into their IC2 ingots, not the TE ingots.

• suggested solution: modify the recipes to smelt into TE ingots

comparing commits since 1.78 release shows this was already fixed.
