Issue
It seems that in the update to 1.83, Ender IO got updated and that update included the Inventory Panel and its related functionality. As it stands currently, because the default recipes for these components are not adapted to the resource cost of EIO chassis they are not worth making at all. I'm willing to PR a fix for this, but I would like to get a general idea of what I should do regarding the recipes for things :)
