This might be a dumb thing as you have soo many ways to get black quartz without this but still i think it's inconsistent so i thought i should mention it.

You can easly duplicate black quartz after you have 4 and a (simple) sag mill.

4 black quartz => 1 block of black quartz

1 Block of black quartz into a EnderIO sag mill gives you 9 crushed black quartz dust.
