I've made no modifications to the pack version 1.83, below is a 50-second video demonstrating a desync between the Quark Jasper chisel textures. I'm playing on my own server, hosted at home.

Thank you for the report. To be honest I would call this too minor to look into, considering where E2E is in it's development.
