I dont know if it is possible but there is laptrop crystals, energy cube i think it would be way better if recipe required to use fully charged them like to upgrade the energy cube in mekanism you have to charge it now i can just go to the best in seconds

well the ender io filters can sort by durability items so dont think that a problem for auto crafting since to make energy cube or crystal is a piece of cake
