Describe your issue.

My ME system works perfectly fine, until I go far enough from my controller, and it disconnects from everything and then reboots. My entire base is chunkloaded and there are no cables going outside my chunkloaded area. I have no QNBs and I have more than enough energy storage (48 dense energy cells). Help please
