World generation stuck at 0%.

Describe your issue.
I have been trying to play E2E, but my world generation is stuck at 0%. Also, if I resize the window using the resize button at the top of the window, then only the tip that is shown changes. Else the tip never changes.
RAM Allocated: 6.5GB
Processor: i5 10th generation 1.19GHz (Not sure if I am writing this right so there's an image attached which shows them)
