Hey!! I am playing on a server host and is not a LAN world!! how do I fix this

I'm guessing you're playing in a LAN world and updated the modpack version?

This is sadly one of the many issues with LAN worlds, we highly recommend that you switch to a dedicated server or server host instead :)
