Advanced Rocketry/ JEI worldgen lead me astray

Describe your issue.
JEI says that Red Crystal Blocks spawn on Kelt-3. Kelt-3 actually has the biome Ferric Regolith Wasteland, where as Red Crystal Blocks spawn in the Crystal Chasms biome. I had to go into the config files to figure out which planet this was on (Proxima B). Either JEI or Advanced Rocketry are messing up somewhere.
