Black Hole Tank (almost) uncraftable

Describe your issue.
The recipe for a Black Hole Tank requires an Ultimate Fluid Tank from Mekanism, however the recipe will not work unless you actually place the Ultimate Fluid Tank in the world first, then after you pick it up you can do the craft.
I also had troubles crafting the Skullfire Sword from Avaritia, I ended up cheating that one in as I could not make it work but most likely something to do with the Tinker's materials or the Enchanted Book types.
