Rocketry cutting machine won't recognize 4+5 pure certus as 9 items for crafting printed circuits.

Describe your issue.
For AR cutting machine, a stack of 4 and a stack of 5 pure certus does not equal 9 pure certus, so it does not craft.
This is an issue for large crafts (for example while crafting the 16384k storage) because a large amount of gold blocks and pure certus is input into the machine, but because of the way the machine consumes them you can be left with stacks of less than 9 pure certus. This cannot be mitigated with blocking mode because AR machines seem to not support the feature (even with blocking mode on, the input slots are filled completely. ( https://i.imgur.com/q3i44Lc.png )
Suggestion: Change the recipe to a block of pure certus (8 items in furnace shape) to 8 printed circuits, instead of 9 pure certus to 9 printed circuits.
