I was under the impression that it only spawned on other planets? Does the Twilight Forest count as a different planet?

Specifically it spawned in a Large Hollow Hill from the roof like a stalactite. If its not supposed to be there I'll just ignore it.

Love the pack so much. this is my 6th attempt to beat it since it came out. Going to do it this time!
