Missing Mekanism JEI recipes

Describe your issue.
On trying to make the item 'Elite Compression Factory' There is no JEI recipe listed for the Elite, the Advanced or even the Basic version. This seems to also apply to the infusion factory and perhaps other similar Mekanism items

Mekanism machines require the tier installer - this isn't a bug.
Place the machine, use the basic tier installer to get a basic factory.
The other tier installers can also be used, each requires the previous tier to have already been used.
Ultimate machines do not exist in mekanism 1.12.
