Somehow, my AE2 Fluid Interfaces are converting one fluid to another. Tested on an isolated network, as seen below. The Melter is melting coal to create Liquefacted Coal (Thermal Foundation), which is fed into the Mekanism Advanced Fluid Tank. An AE2 Fluid Storage Bus is connected to it, partitioned to Liquefacted Coal, and set to Extract Only. The Fluid Interface is set to only hold Liquid Oxygen. Somehow, it is taking Liquefacted Coal from the tank and outputting Liquid Oxygen from the interface into the pipes that are filling the Liquid Oxygen tank on the right. (LOX is Mekanism Liquid Oxygen, if that helps.)
I have attached a screenshot of the test setup I built below. (Gave myself a Creative Capacitor Bank temporarily so it wouldn't run out of power while testing.)

User Modifications

Disabled Nutrition and Armor Toughness Bar (it was overlapping the Botania Flugel Tiara flight bar).
Added Comforts (sleeping bag and hammock) and Waystones (for getting around easier).
No config changes to any baseline E2E mods.

Did the issue happen in singleplayer or on a server?

Update, after further testing:
The issue crops up SPECIFICALLY when using Mekanism fluid storage tanks. I swapped the Mekanism tanks for Thermal Expansion Portable Tanks (Basic), and fluids stopped being converted.
Odd, but... probably not a big deal.
