Expertify Rocket Fuel Recipe

After taking a look at rocket fuel, I noticed that the recipe is still quite easy to make, maybe it could be made harder.

What could happen is that the player is required to make a distillation tower for the rocket fuel to be made? And by doing so they would have to make Diesel, Napalm, Oxygen and Hydrogen in a mixer. or in a modular machine, etc.

This would just give the jump into space travel slightly more difficulty!

Great idea, I'll look into adding it!

A humble suggestion/request if you are adding more steps to this process: would you perhaps consider oredicting the overlapping "gasses" (or at least Hydrogen and Oxygen): It might simplify a few progression steps, but it also adds to the possibility of more interesting "gas" production and management than simply "slap down another one-off multiblock/machine chain for NuclearCraft/Adv Rocketry/Mekanism"

Since Mekanism's gasses can be weird, the liquid versions from the Rotary Condensentrator could work.

Unfortunately there is no oredict for fluids, but It'll see what I can do :)

Well that's silly. I blame IF's "Fluid Dictionary Converter" for giving me wrong ideas - I didn't know the XP/Essence/Knowledge conversion was hard-coded.

1.54: there's still a recipe showing up with nuclearcraft's hydrogen and oxygen (10mb +10mb = 20mb) and it also works. Not sure why, I checked my ChemicalReactor.xml but that's not the issue. Maybe there's a hardcoded fallback in advanced rocketry?

I forgot to disable the internal recipes it adds, thanks zapl :D

One more thing related to this change: The Advanced Rocketry quest line for the Chemical Reactor & Electrolyser are still talking about the old recipe.
