Issue Description
Thaumcraft Vis Crystals can be harvested by any pickaxe with any mining level (tooltip says they require Osmium/5)

Thank you for the report! Unfortunately, since Vis Crystals generate on a block, they can always be harvested by breaking that block, which is usually Stone. So the fact that they don't respect their harvest level doesn't matter too much :P
