Draconium Ore Unable to be Piped into Purification Chamber

Issue Description

Draconium ore cannot be shift clicked or inserted via piping into a Mekanism Purification Chamber. It can be inserted in by dragging it in manually.

Modpack version (Do not use "latest")

Cheated in Draconium cannot be inserted via shift clicking or piping either.
