Tried to update from 1.46 to 1.47

I updated from version 1.46 to 1.47. I copied the manifest.json into the folder and replaced the mods.
After that i started ServerStart.bat - here it starts all over and gives everytime it starts again a crashreport.

when updating first delete all folders that are not your saves and backup. Apparently there's a problem with your EnderIO recipe config (probaly caused by conflicting configs).So, to solve that, delete everything but the saves and backup folders(server.properties and start file included to not delete) and copy the updated version to the server folder(avoiding possible overriding conflicts)

So i tried this way. Now at it stops at the installation part where it should download forge:

Downloaded it manualy.

Works fine for me, maybe the Forge server was temporarily down.
