Issue Description

The Reinforced, Big, and Huge Energy Input Hatch are missing from JEI and are uncraftable.

Edit: the upgraded energy output hatches are missing as well.

That was mentioned in the changelogs.

I didn't see this in the changelog but found the relevant commit: 8d5dc2d. It looks like the intention was to increase the energy input of the normal tier but it doesn't seem to have worked. I'll update this later with the real values.

All tiers have been set to 1000000 RF/t, and every hatch except the normal one has been disabled.
