Issue Description

Crafting tables do not bind to starlight crystals; making it impossible to craft luminous crafting tables and therefore that gate cannot be unlocked. This likely changed when the crafting recipe was removed and the default method for crafting luminous tables was put in place.

Multiple users (3, including myself) on this public server are having the issue, same symptoms as Issue 591 but we have not been able to get it to work

Where are you placing the crafting tables? I was just able to make one on my test server using this placement: https://i.imgur.com/NZWHyQP.jpg

I'm on the same server, and have tested dozens of different placements, as well as crystals in multiple chunks. The guys on the AS Discord recommend updating to a newer version.

I'm having the same issue.

On E2E 1.54 it works in single player, but it doesn't work on the public server I'm playing on.

I noticed that after performing any single action with the tool (e.g. selecting a crystal, or removing all links from a crystal), right clicking again with the tool does nothing (not even the same action as before) until I swap from the linking tool to a different item.

After that, I'm able to perform another single action, but then that issue pops up again.

we've had the same issue on our server, today after few tests, we got the crystal to link to the table automatically once ftb utils claim area was removed around the crystal. We are now on 1.56 version, and can't remember if it was different on 1.54 or not.

Since there's been no activity on this issue for about a month, I'd suggest anyone who stumbles upon this try Jonna's fix (see above) please.
